This email subscription update list is primarily for the Real Estate Branch to inform developers and their attorneys about changes to the fee structure, legislative acts effecting disclosures, and the developer’s public report form and related forms the Real Estate Branch will be making. Please submit your email so that the Real Estate Branch can timely update you of upcoming changes.
Please note, although all reasonable attempts will be made to keep the email addresses confidential, the Commission may however be statutorily mandated to disclose collected addresses.
